I build sheds across Connecticut and Rhode Island. I come from construction, and shed building is the hands-on work I like best, with the freedom to do it right. I aim for quality, honesty and a smooth build on every project, and I keep looking for ways to do the next one better, for homeowners who want dependable, well-built work.

Every price above is for the same build: LP SmartSide T1-11 siding, painted, a double wood door, on concrete blocks. Standard access, no windows. Everything else is its own line item.

I had been searching for a company that could provide me with a replacement to my bike shed behind our apartment in the South End without any luck until I asked Urban Shed if they could modify one of their standard sizes to fit the limited space available to me. Once that was confirmed, sorting out the dimensions and other details of the shed was extremely easy. They arrived on time and completed the shed as promised. Not only was I pleased with the process and result, I get compliments from our neighbors all the time. Lastly, I must say the pricing was reasonable and better than competitive with no surprises.
We searched a number of companies to build a shed-like structure to hold 3 full size trash cans and 4 recycle bins at our home in Cambridge. Urban Sheds had the best design at the best price. The work was outstanding - functional, aesthetically pleasing, and solidly built.
Urban Sheds built for me a small backdoor shed in Somerville. They were super easy to work with from the initial consultation to planning to construction.
They worked closely with us to make sure that the details were exactly what we wanted, even if it wasn't part of any 'standard' package.
