The ideal site prep depends on the condition of your yard and the size of your shed.

Flat, level, and clear yard:
If your yard is already flat, level, and free of debris, no site prep is needed. Our team can build directly on the existing ground. -
Slightly out of level (10×12 and smaller):
For smaller sheds, concrete blocks are usually the most efficient and cost-effective option. They work well when the slope is minor and provide a stable, long-lasting foundation. -
Larger sheds or uneven yards:
For sheds larger than 10×12, we recommend a crushed stone pad. It offers better support, drainage, and long-term stability for heavier structures. -
Significantly sloped yards:
If the ground is far out of level, you may need a small retaining wall to create a stable, level build area before the shed is installed.
